It was a very relaxing and friendly atmosphere for me as a customer. I went to Wayne Mazda to test drive a new 2014 Mazda CX-5 a few weeks back. I already knew the trim level and all the accessories I wanted, and had a good idea on how much the price should be. As soon as I was at the reception, Phil walked up to me and politely introduce himself. I told him the car I wanted, asked him if it was possible to test drive, and if it was also possible to drive around the lot to see all the colors. He arranged the test drive immediately, and after the test drive, we drove around the lot to look at the colors. Phil was very friendly and helpful in my selection of the color. When we started negotiating the price, he never pushed me in any way. He politely informed me the best price Wayne could offer, and that Wayne had to locate the exact car I wanted so it wouldn't be available right away. I told him I would think about it a day or two. I spent the next day asking around two other dealers for their prices. I also made numerous calls to Phil during that day since I wanted some add-on items in the car. He was very prompt in returning my calls, and made sure I have all the info I need which helped me make my decision timely. After my research, I found out that Wayne offered me the best price. On the day that we finalize the papers, my wife wanted to test drive Mazda 6, so I asked Phil if that was possible. Not only we were able to test drive the car, we again drove around the lot to look at the colors as well. While Wayne was locating the car, Phil kept me informed of the status.
