I was very stressed and nervous to buy a new car, as I had not bought a new one in 12 years. He made the whole process for me fairly quick and stress free, and since it was difficult for me to make it into the dealership with my work hours, he was a huge help in answering so many of my questions over the phone and made himself available out of his busy schedule as well. He went out of his way to help me and stayed well past his shift to assist me in my final purchase and really assisted me in some decisions I was very indecisive about. I'm excited to be a party of the Mazda family and greatly appreciate Marc's time and effort! More

Con Artistist,No accountability,dishonest Sales staff Bought a 2014 CX-5 from Stephan Z in 2013 and I am still waiting on a breakdown of the added charges that drove my negotiated price of 26,500 to well Bought a 2014 CX-5 from Stephan Z in 2013 and I am still waiting on a breakdown of the added charges that drove my negotiated price of 26,500 to well over 32,000. I do know that there were about 2k in taxes and 500 for navi but I was also told my quote contained a Mazda loyalty rebate of approx 700 dollars which was added back on afterwards. After several calls I received no satisfaction and will Never recommend or buy from them again. As a software engineer I've taking several steps to warm potential buyers ,friends and family members in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania of this dealers tactics by utilizing every social networking medium available to us at this time. To add insult to injury when the plates came into the dealer they plated it with the Wayne Mazda licence plate bracket that is illegal in New Jersey.my wife was pulled over and received a $54 ticket. When I confronted Mazda they played dumb ,promised call backs which never happened and refuse to be accountable for this ticket. Repeated calls lead to myy call being passed along to one person to another person to another. None of which were helpful. This experience clearly showed the rampant incompetence within this dealer's organization. Nolan can you hear me now???? More

Great Experience Working with Marc O My fiance and I went in with the intention of leasing a brand new Mazda 3 and purchasing a 2011 Mazda CX-9. We were greeted right away by Marc Ortiz( My fiance and I went in with the intention of leasing a brand new Mazda 3 and purchasing a 2011 Mazda CX-9. We were greeted right away by Marc Ortiz(sp) and were taken through the whole process. He took us out for two test drives in the pouring rain and was extremely knowledgeable about both vehicles. It took a couple hours each day (we made the deal on a Tuesday and were able to pick up our cars on Wednesday), but we got exactly what we wanted within the price range we could afford. They were able to provide us with the loyalty discount since we were getting two cars. Marc was extremely friendly and did not pressure us into making any decisions. He even went to bat for us in negotiating the prices down, since we had also just purchased a house. We would definitely return to Wayne Mazda to work with Marc O. again! More

As you saw in our ad: - MSRP: $26,500.00 - Discount: $3,010.00 - Adjusted Price: $23,490.00" In addition we have: + Certification Process $1,000.00 ( actual number was $1k plus) + Certification Repairs $2,000.00 ( actual number was $2k plus) Total Sale Price now was over $27,000.00" (actual paperwork was taken from us) I felt this lure tactic was intentional and showed a clear lack of integrity. The sales manager came over, didn't address our statement of baiting/luring and shared; "Sorry to hear that you don't like our car. Thanks for coming in. Have a nice day." Understandably, we were very disappointed in the lack of integrity, lack of professionalism and overall negative experience with Wayne Mazda located in Wayne New Jersey.
