Trustworthy, and reliable After finally picking a Mazda for my next car, it was my duty to find a great used car. After searching for a few weeks I finally was set on Mazda 3. After several trips around Bergen and Passaic counties I grew a liking towards Wayne Mazda. Their selection is so vast, with an endless range of vehicles on the premise, which I thought was quite impressive. I finally settled on the idea of buying a used Mazda 3, and this dealership had many options available to me. When I arrived to purchase my Mazda, I was lucky to meet Mike Garcia. Mike is a very nice guy, and he made my family and I feel like actual human-beings rather than a "number". He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and to all the features and packages I could acquire. He truly cared for us, and got us a great deal on our Mazda. Mike Garcia was excellent! I was happy with my sale except I really wannted the CX-9 in red and I was told that it was going to cost more money. My Experience Eugene helped me bought a new 2015 Mazda CX-5. He was very helpful to answer all my questions and compliment of what I knew about CX-5 and made me con Eugene helped me bought a new 2015 Mazda CX-5. He was very helpful to answer all my questions and compliment of what I knew about CX-5 and made me convinced to buy this car. When we drove the car back home, the next day the car could not start due to the defected battery. I was told this was not common. I called the dealer service but there was nothing they can do except to bring the car back to the dealer. I already called emergency road site service to jump start the car once and not sure the second jump start will allow me safely driving this defected car to the dealer. Towing will be costly. Eugene come to my house next day and replaced the battery for us. He is great. Everyone said Wayne has lowest price in NJ. I got a good deal for the car but I really believe Wayne Mazda could do better on the final price for someone like me to pay cash. More
