An Excellent Experience I was trading in a 2007 Mazda 6 and wanted to replace it with the same model. James Vrindten showed me the new model and I was totally disappointed wi I was trading in a 2007 Mazda 6 and wanted to replace it with the same model. James Vrindten showed me the new model and I was totally disappointed with the size. It was very small compared to my car. James guided me and through questioning my preferences in choosing a different model, he showed me the 2016 Mazda CX-5. Had he not pointed it out to me, I would have never thought to look at it. I liked the look of it enough to test drive it and that sealed the deal. James was knowledgable, informative, and professional. Junior Ortiz, the Finance Manager handled the entire transaction in a timely manner. He mentioned options available to me concerning my new purchase which I appreciated. He also was knowledgable, informative, and professional. My entire experience thus far with Wayne Mazda has been positive. I look forward to the same experience with your service department. More

Great salesman, great finance guy, professional dealership! Had a wonderful experience with Mike Dispenza and Wayne Mazda. Went in on a Friday nite to test drive a CX5, loved it and Mike made it happen for us. Had a wonderful experience with Mike Dispenza and Wayne Mazda. Went in on a Friday nite to test drive a CX5, loved it and Mike made it happen for us. He was very professional, courteous and polite and we felt like he truly wanted us to walk out of there happy. And we did. He did all the paperwork as fast as he could so we could get out of there quickly. I have to say the same for Tony, the finance guy. He was also a pleasure to meet and deal with, again trying to get us out of there as quick as he could. The dealership is very accommodating, with plenty of food, drinks, wi-fi computers and very nice waiting rooms. When my lease is up in 3 years, I hope to come back to Mike and make another deal! More
