Very smooth transaction! Great experience! I went to this dealership with car negotiator, Ed Juliano. This dealership was able to make the best deal for the car/trim that I wanted. While there I dealt with Mike Burke who was excellent. The entire process was pretty quick. The price was discussed beforehand and everything was already set up by the time I got to the dealership. While there, we went over the numbers very thoroughly and Mike was great. He was very patient no matter how many times we reviewed the sale papers. There was a discrepancy in the numbers at one point but he was willing to work with us until it was solved and was professional through the whole transaction. I appreciate that and the fact that he was genuine and personable. We went through the entire process and he answered any/all questions that I had no matter how many times I asked. He definitely made the process pleasant which is why I'm giving 5 stars. I ended up buying my Mazda 3 here and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Hopefully my future visits to this dealership will be as pleasant. More

They didn't try to pressure me into buying right away like most dealers, instead they gave me a great price (much lower than anywhere else, based on research and numerous calls/emails) to think about when I left. Most car salesmen bombard you before you open the door, insult your intelligence, and push you to purchase additional, unwanted options. Marlon waited until he observed that my wife and I were finished looking at the vehicles, at which time he introduced himself. We expressed our concerns to Marlon and presented our budget, at which time he said that he will do his best to earn our business. Approximately 45 minutes later, everything was signed, sealed, and delivered. Marlon went the extra mile in all aspects, including staying late past closing to ensure our requests were satisfied. Finally, Marlon also discovered that we had left some valuables in our trade in vehicle, at which time he promptly notified us, and explained that he had them set on the side for us. I couldn't ask for a better salesman, and I look forward to continue doing business with Marlon and Wayne Mazda. More
