Avoid this dealership. My car buying experience was sadly mediocre at Wayne Mazda however, the reason for my review comes from the post purchase experience I had after I fil My car buying experience was sadly mediocre at Wayne Mazda however, the reason for my review comes from the post purchase experience I had after I filling out a web based customer survey from the Wayne Mazda dealership. I answered the questions fairly and gave appropriate scores with honest comments. It was my hope that the next customer might have a better experience than I did. But, things did not end after I submitted my survey. I received an extraordinarily inappropriate response from my salesman, Joe Melillo. He sent an email berating me about my survey results. I am unable to include the email with my review however the contents were very clear that he was angry and that he would never help me in the future with any matter including the car I purchased. I was speechless upon receipt of that email and if possible had an even worse experience attempting to get the dealership to address it. I emailed and called Wayne Mazda. I emailed and called Mazda Corporate. After 10 attempts to get a response, I was not called by a manager but instead was contacted by a customer service rep. Their only attempt to make this situation right was an offer of a coffee, a car wash as well as a poorly written email labeling the situation a miscommunication. The email itself again is not allowed to be included. However, it was an extremely underwhelming and inadequate response to what had happened. I spent 7 hours at this dealership and I did not have the best experience possible. I then had an even worse after purchase experience. Perhaps I didn't spend enough money on a car or perhaps I didn't make a loud enough commotion over that email and how it was ignored. Or perhaps getting my money was all this dealership was concerned with and that unfortunately worded email is what I am left with. Was I supposed to to demand restitution or free accessories or flowers and a fruit basket? Was I supposed to march into the dealership and scream and yell and make a scene demanding satisfaction? I was nearly ready to give up and let this fade without a resolution, it has been over 6 weeks since this occurred. However, I still feel trampled on and staying quiet doesn't stop anyone else from having this same experience. Please stay away from this dealership or at a very minimum stay away from Joe Melillo. Do your pre shopping homework and spend your money elsewhere. Please note I have never received a formal apology nor one phone call or letter from anyone in management. More

You know you're getting an honest and fair answer from Manny, and he does more to work with you than any other salesman I've dealt with. Likewise, Janalys, a Sales Assistant at Wayne Mazda, was kind enough to work with me on scheduling an appointment and to ensure that Manny could be available when I came in - - she's fantastic, as well! Highly recommend this dealership and those two professionals, in particular. More
