I walked in to the dealership with plans to simply test drive a CX-5. The professionalism of Stephen Wilson determined my needs, budget, and lifestyle usage for my next car. They had several vehicles available on premises. The test drive was brief and the negotiation process was straightforward. I traded in my car and drove away happy. My only concern was the 2.5 hours spent waiting for the finance dept. Apart from this, I strongly recommend Wayne Mazda and the CX-5 as a great value. More

Terrible Customer Service I purchased parts through mazdafactorypart.com that Wayne Mazda runs. First parts a received were damaged. They replaced the parts. I waited for new I purchased parts through mazdafactorypart.com that Wayne Mazda runs. First parts a received were damaged. They replaced the parts. I waited for new parts to come and tried to return all the parts together as a lot. I called multiple times and multiple emails to contact them. No reply. Disputed the charge with my credit card company. Wayne Mazda contacted them and told them I never returned the parts. Well duh. I dont have an RMA or anything to return them with. I am not blindly going to send parts back to the dealer. This place is bad news and so is their website that they sell parts from. 3 months later and still no word from them. More
