Terrible customer service I leased a new car from them, everyone was nice. They gave me a 20 day temporary registration, but it took them 32 days to register my car. I couldn' I leased a new car from them, everyone was nice. They gave me a 20 day temporary registration, but it took them 32 days to register my car. I couldn't drive the car for 12 days. As far as Customer Service ? They called me 1 time for every 3 calls I made to them. No apology, No concern, No customer service. Was there an Insurance payment Yes, lease payment Yes, a car to drive No. They seemed not to care after the sale. I could've registered the car in a day, but no they have to do it & charge for it, even if it takes them a month? No problem with the sales person, problem was after the sale. More
