No rush on anything, We drove the Madza CX 5 Touring that my wife wanted. Great safety features on the CX 5 that the Misses insisted on. Added the Preferred Equipment package, great 10 speaker Bose system. I know, I played bass/guitar for 38 years, plus the moon roof. And just a nice quiet ride when we drove to Upper Passaic County, Greenwood Lake, NY last weekend. Strong engine, very comfortably seats, smooth ride, music sounds awesome, registered 31 mpg on the trip, and most of all, a safe vehicle to drive. One more thing, great designed on this vehicle. I mean, it looks great!!!!!!!!! Mr Stone did not '"steer us wrong". Knew the fine details of the CX 5 Tourist, pushed to make sure he took care of any issues, and was totally attentive to all our needs. Not particularly kind. Listen, I get it. There are things that go wrong with cars. But, when you tell someone that they have to pay $420.00 to fix a trunk latch that broke B Listen, I get it. There are things that go wrong with cars. But, when you tell someone that they have to pay $420.00 to fix a trunk latch that broke BEFORE THE CAR IS EVEN PAYED OFF, then you have to expect that people will be anxious. As such, the customer service representatives could be nicer when dealing with folks. Especially because, it's happened before. I had to pay $500.00 once before to fix a sensor that had gone bad. Again, all before car was payed off. It can be frustrating. So, to be honest, I got a lot of "I don't care" from the people at customer service. I was also trying to figure out a way to get a van to take me home (because it was quite late) and they weren't particularly helpful with that. It was an overall frustrating day, with patronizing folks who could have at least offered some kind words or helpful coupons. But, alas, it didn't happen. More

No hard sales tactics were exhibited by anyone at any point from the test drive, trade-in, and purchase. I even drove my new car home the same day! More
