Service dept bad attitude!! I brought my car in for recalls, as well as an airbag warning in my vehicle health report and the paint is peeling off all four of my rims. My car had I brought my car in for recalls, as well as an airbag warning in my vehicle health report and the paint is peeling off all four of my rims. My car had less than 36k mikes on it. The service department never returned my calls the day if service. I had to find a new ride to pick up my car because nobody called to say it was ready. The airbag warning is still there and my wheels, i am told, will not be covered or repaired in any way. I guess J have to just live with that. When i asked why my airbag warning will still be coming up the service person, Warren, said “oh Jesus” Unser his breath. When i asked who would be responsible for the getting something done about my wheels he muttered Paramaus Hyundai under his breath, which is where i bought the car. He was extremely rude and nothing on my car was fixed.Never ever go to this dealership!!! I thought my next car would come from Wayne Mazda but that’s never going to happen. I’ve never been treated so rudely. More
