Never buy a Hundai. My name is Christine Dilzer My husband was a Toyota Customer abs I was a Honda customer all my life. We decided on a Hyundai Santa Fe rather than going with a Honda Pilot. We i My husband was a Toyota Customer abs I was a Honda customer all my life. We decided on a Hyundai Santa Fe rather than going with a Honda Pilot. We initially leased the car with the intention to buy 3 years ago last October. When we drove the car off the lot the front windshield cracked. They replaced the windshield 3 times before getting it right. We should have know right then. The car has been in the shop more than we have been able to use it to take our granbabies down the shore. They just had to rebuild the engine and had the car for around 2 months we were in a smaller loaner. We got the car back and the engine light came on immediately. Then there was a metal sound in front of car. So it just went back in for a catalytic converter. When we received the car back after the two months of having the engine replaced the center console lid latch was cracked and the lid flaps up and down when we drive. We were told that they are not responsible since the engine work was not in the interior of the car and it would cost us almost $400 to fix. Needless to say we are not recommending Hyundai and we will be back in Hondas and Toyotas. More

Mazda service is excellent I came for regular oil change in my 2017 Mazda CX-5. Also I have had some issue with my car computer self-rebooting in the middle of my ride. Poor customer service! Horrible customer service! I have purchased 3 cars there in the last 3 years. The one time I had a problem, they did nothing about it. The manager Phil pretended he made some phone calls, but did nothing to help. I got the problem resolved somewhere else. They lost a loyal customer as they will not get my business or anyone I know, again. More

False Advertising Purchased a 2015 Elantra, and was told that the oil changes were free for life. Period, and end of story. That is until you go to use them. You must follow the dealers recommended service agreement, and just a free oil change itself will set you back about $50.00. They so rotate your tires for you, but that is a pretty steep price for a tire rotation when you think the dealer is taking care of you. More

I have a 2013 Genesis Coupe. I've been having some issues with the blue tooth linking up to my phone. I initially took my car to Paramus Hyundai for service because they were closer to where I live, huge mis with the blue tooth linking up to my phone. I initially took my car to Paramus Hyundai for service because they were closer to where I live, huge mistake. Stay way from Paramus if you need service. Got to Wayne and checked in, the service staff allowed me to demonstrate my problem rather than assuming it was a problem with my phone like Paramus did. The waiting area was pristine and well lit. There was an area with bagels, coffee, and pastries with a nice older gentleman maintaining the refreshments. They had 4 PCs available for customers to browse the web on while waiting. They had more than ample seating (Paramus had maybe a dozen chairs, Wayne had about 30). The bathrooms were clean and modern. They inspected my vehicle and determined that I needed a new radio and ordered it for me (Paramus insisted that there was nothing wrong). They even washed my car for me before returning it. Seriously if you need service, go to Wayne. Night and day difference between Wayne and Paramus. Also their sales staff is great, the sales person I dealt with in May was John Trusio, definitely recommend buying from him if you're in the market for a vehicle. More
