They've essentially stolen my car, and they refuse to speak to me about it. We've been going back and forth for weeks between Hyundai Finance and this dealership because we returned our lease to this loc speak to me about it. We've been going back and forth for weeks between Hyundai Finance and this dealership because we returned our lease to this location, and they still haven't put in their system that we returned the car. We have the odometer statement, and had the car inspected prior to returning it. We paid all of the fees they stated we owed, made the last payments, and went to Mazda for our next lease because the Hyundai experience is so bad. Just today, we got ANOTHER notice from Hyundai Finance stating we have to return the car, and we're now in default for the vehicle. First time I called, I was transferred to Mazda, and when they tried to transfer me back they hung up. The second time I called I was on hold for 41 mins and 43 seconds before I was hung up on again. I called a third time and spoke with someone named Angel who stated he would connect me with a manager. I was on another hold for 14 mins and 36 seconds before I was transferred to Simone. She stated the managers were too busy dealing with a packed show room to speak with me about the vehicle. She told me one of the managers would call me in the morning. I asked for the email of the owner of the dealer, and was told I couldn't have it. I asked for the numbers of the two managers she told me would be on staff in the morning so I could be ready for their call, and she couldn't give it to me. I'm now reporting the car stolen and actively seeking a lawyer. Buyer beware. If you buy or lease a car from here, make sure you have everything documented to the fullest and you're ready to be on hold and have your time and money wasted. More
