Back End Service Was Piss Poor We purchased a car on July 4th and we were told that the plates would be sent to the dealership and then be sent to us. Our temporary plates expired We purchased a car on July 4th and we were told that the plates would be sent to the dealership and then be sent to us. Our temporary plates expired on Sunday and we reached out Thursday to ask what, if anything, could be done since we still did not receive our plates. We received one email saying they were still waiting on the plates (which was appreciated but did not answer our question). We followed up again on Friday and Saturday with an email and phone call and were met with zero response Our question/concern was not answered and then when placing a phone call to the Sales Manager on Monday I was met with the same response indicating that it was ok for the Sales Rep to a.) not answer our initial question and b.) not to reply back. Its a shame that all of this could have been avoided with communication. I would not recommend buying from here as it is unfortunately a typical car sales lot where they don't care about answering your questions once you sign your check. With all the car dealerships in the area go to one where there is MUCH BETTER back end service More

I had brought along a friend for "support" and he agrees with me that the dealership is very professional. I did not feel intimidated at any time. I appreciated the test drives in the two cars shown to me for leasing. I am glad I got the Elanta. Every one of my associates and friends have told me how beautiful the car is. The red color is special - not fire engine red but a deeper red coloring that is wonderful. Of course, driving the car is enjoyable and relaxing, and I feel very safe in it. I am also happy that there is quality maintenance on a regular scheduling. I also received my license plates in a timely manner.
