Salesman Charles Cart was awesome at explaining the cars features, test drive and asking what I wanted in the car and most importantly what I needed in the deal. He and his manager Ramon went right to work to make it happen for me without hours of back and forth. Straight shooters offering the best they could do and it absolutely blew me away. Came back the next day to pick up the car and finalize the paperwork and the car was spotless and again Chuck (Charles) super professional and walked me thru the whole process. Even today, 3 days after picking up the car I've received 2 follow up emails asking if everything was to my satisfaction and if I needed any help figuring out or setting up any feature to just stop by or give him a call and he would be happy to help.
