Love my Tucson i Love the car, I was very happy that Rick was able to find the exact Tucson I wanted. There are 2 features that I need the service center to check. T i Love the car, I was very happy that Rick was able to find the exact Tucson I wanted. There are 2 features that I need the service center to check. The steering generally feels good but sometimes I feel it’s hard to control on curves. I also have all the cameras but I feel there is a huge distortion in the rear backup camera. I am confident they will address these issues promptly. The acceleration is better in this model compared to the 2017 turbo 1.6 L. More

Worst experience with a car salesman The worst experience i’ve ever had with a car salesman, everything leading up to Rick Klein was wonderful. The staff as a whole was great and very kind , but rick was rude didn’t answer any of my questions. Seemed uninterested in selling a car and my intentions was to start a lease then and there. Couldn’t come to an agreement refused to work with me on price at all. I called him a week later and gave him a better offer than we spoke of initially, he said he’d get back to me he rushed me off the phone and i haven’t heard from him since. Would not reccommend, ended up getting into a lease with another company after not getting a return call from him. More

We made an appointment and upon arrival met with our sales person Rick Klein. With Rick we test drove two different models and chose one. Rick was straight forward with the pricing and was extremely knowledgeable with all the features that our car offered. There was no pressure and we were extremely happy with the car buying experience. We met with finance person named Pat Rizzo and was also extremely helpful and again no high pressure sales tactics. The next time we buy a Hyundai, we will be going back to Wayne and working with Rick ! More

worst of the worst scammers lemon sellers when i keased a 2017 elantra some 19 year old kid who was their salesman tried to get me to pay 250 a month instead of the 99 dollars quoted in their when i keased a 2017 elantra some 19 year old kid who was their salesman tried to get me to pay 250 a month instead of the 99 dollars quoted in their written advertisement. we argued for a while then he laughed and honored the actual price. then, two years after my car is now a lemon with engine failure, and wayne hyundai had it “repaired” three times and every time they said they dont have loaners and afterwards the CAR BROKE AGAIN THAT DAY. i am now waiting day after day for some warranty investigator to call me to handle the case, and he never calls or answers the phone, so i am paying for a lemon, paying out if pocket to get to work on top of that, and cant get any reply from hyundai. i filed with better business bureau and division of consumer affairs, so ill have to keep waiting for someone else to force wayne hyundai to swap their lemon. they are absolute savages, and please spare yourself the expense and emotional frustration of ever dealing with the scammers at wayne hyundai.
