GREAT EXPERIENCE this is my 4th car leased from Wayne Hyundai. Obviously this is my go to dealership when I need a new car because each and everyone there has always this is my 4th car leased from Wayne Hyundai. Obviously this is my go to dealership when I need a new car because each and everyone there has always treated me with respect. Rick Klein (my salesman) treated me with absolute respect and consideration. He heard everything I said and did his best to help me with the process of leasing. I am a widow and getting a new car is not something I like to do at all. Its something my husband used to do, so with that understanding, Rick did his best for me and I appreciated that very much. I must say that Rick Klein is a great salesman. I will always go back to Wayne Hyundai and hopefully Rick will be there to help me again in the future. I had a lot to learn, coming from a 2004 Nissan Quest where the fanciest features were power locks and one power door! Our salesperson, Rick Klein, was fantastic to work with. He explained the entire process thoroughly and never became impatient with questions or made us feel rushed. Emails were answered promptly. Rick's presentation of the Palisade's features was top notch - smooth, well organized and easy to follow. Buying a car can be stressful, but Rick's demeanor helped us relax and and actually enjoy the experience. We never once had the feeling that we were "just another sale" - on the contrary, we feel that Rick had our best interests in mind at all times. Just had a wonderful experience at your dealership. My sales rep was Anthony who was by far the most knowledgeable car salesman I ever dealt with. PRECERTIFIED VEHICLE WAS NOT PRECERTIFIED Although we received a request from the "manager" Louis for our contact information to contact us to resolve our concerns, we were not contacted. Although we received a request from the "manager" Louis for our contact information to contact us to resolve our concerns, we were not contacted. It has been a week and we still did not receive a return call from this dealership regarding our concerns. We left over 4 messages. We do not understand why the dealership has been so uncooperative and unreachable regarding this matter. Buyer beware!!!!! We have bought 6 vehicles from this dealer and have found them to be unresponsive and uncooperative to customers after the sale. We have reason to believe that our car was not PRECERTIFIED although it was sold to us as a Precertified vehicle. We have called the dealership and left messages for the manager to call us regarding our concerns at least 4 times over 3 days and have still not heard back from him. This is the 6th car we have bought from this dealership and would have expected the decency of a call from the manager to see what the problem actually was and to help resolve it. Nope. We have heard nothing from the manager or the owner of the dealership. We would never buy another vehicle from this dealership again and would urge others not to either. If a car is sold as Precertified when it has not been Precertified, that is fraud. Not returning a valued customer's calls is bad customer service. More
