Worst service, insulting because I did not make de deal with them with unfair trade-in. On this site, they want to sell at any cost, but if, after all the promises they make, no one will respond. And never bought as PORTFOLIO EXTENDED WARRANTY THEY SELL; IT WON SERVE FOR NOTHING, BUT THEY PROMISE IN THE DEAL THAT COVERS, ONCE YOU GO TO MAKE EFFECTIVE YOU GET THE SURPRISE THAT NOTHING OF WHAT THEY PROMISE IS REAL. I BOUGHT A HYUNDAI SONATA 2015, AND I LOST THE CAR BECAUSE NO ONE RESPONDED; THEY GOT ANGRY WITH THE CLIENTS AND DISMISSED THEM WITH RUDENESS. RECOMMENDATION, NEVER BUY A CAR HERE. More

Purchasing a first time vehicle for my wife was a pretty easy and smooth process thanks to JR. Her heart was set on a Hyundai Tuscan Hybrid with the panoramic sun roof in white and JR did everything possibl easy and smooth process thanks to JR. Her heart was set on a Hyundai Tuscan Hybrid with the panoramic sun roof in white and JR did everything possible to get us in that car. Since this car is in high demand, it would take a couple of months for the car to get to the dealership but we were very fortunate to have JR update us consistently on the arrival of our Tuscan. Once we finished our purchase he patiently walked us through all the features our Tuscan has and did not rush us at all. I can’t recommend a better salesman than JR. He kept me aware of every step of the process of getting my Ioniq 5 whic ever encountered. He's smart, professional, responsive and very trustworthy.
