Wayne Hyundai responded

This customer was told from the start about the location process. Sometimes it can take up to 2 weeks or more just to get a specific vehicle, especially when the customer adamant about only having one color choice. Also, as for the sales process, when the car the customer wanted wasn't available, we tried to offer other solutions. A manager's Demo is considered new because it's never been titled, despite having 2200 miles. The customer's deposit was refunded promply and unfortunately paid more for the vehicle at another dealerhip!
