No help at all when problems arose once the deal was made.... Contact them, they said they couldn't figure out the problem... Gave me a number and told me good luck... Mark was great to work with. He breaks the mold of the stereotypical car salesman. Rather, he takes a solution sell approach. Very up front, very knowledgeable, and a great guy to deal with. We were greeted with a warm smile by Daniel, who took us immediately to his desk to ask what he could do for us. I showed him an ad for a Tucson that we had seen in the paper and told him we wanted the adv immediately to his desk to ask what he could do for us. He explained everything to us about the deal, including some of the incentives that we would not qualify for, like the loyalty cash (because we were not prior Hyundai customers), but assured us he'd work with us to get as close to our price as possible. He allowed us to test drive the car that was shown in the advertisement. Throughout the process, he was helpful and thoughtful (watching out for us as we walked across the gravel, etc). It was a pleasure to work with him. More

He was able to get us the full amount trade in value for our old car so we could get in a new car.
