After a tiresome and frustrating experience of looking for a new SUV and test-driving RAV4s, CRVs, and Rouges, I finally decided to test drive a Hyundai Tucson. I was pleasantly surprised with the value I for a new SUV and test-driving RAV4s, CRVs, and Rouges, I finally decided to test drive a Hyundai Tucson. I was pleasantly surprised with the value I could receive for the money I would invest on a GLS model. My initial test drive was at another dealership. That dealer was a little small and crowded and I did not get a good feeling. When I finally decided that the Tucson was the vehicle for me, I went to Wayne Hyundai. I walked in with an e-quote and was able to negotiate a little off the price with Matthew and Whitman. Both gentlemen are "no-nonsense" kind of guys, not the "typical" car salemen. After securing the deal, Whitman even gave me a box of chocolates! Upon pick-up, Whitman explained everything to me in detail and even sat with me in my new Tucson and tried to connect my phone to the bluetooth capability. I traded in my much-loved Mazda6 and was pleased with the price they offered on the trade. Even the financing experience was smooth! Gary didn't push or try to sell me anything I didn't want. I did actually wind up purchasing the lowest level extended lease. It fit into my budget for the car and gave me a little extra peace of mind. Great job guys! I am now the proud owner of a little red "truck!" I would highly recommend this dealer! More
