From the moment we walked in the door, the customer service was above excellent. My sister in law referred us to this specific salesman and dealership - the salesman wasn't there when we arrived, so a service was above excellent. When Chris arrived, he took over the paperwork, and listened to everything we wanted and explored all of our options. We left that day without a car, but with an idea of what we wanted, and we told Chris we would be back four days later. Between the two visits we had conversations with the special finance division, as well our salesman, and opted to not go for a Mazda with our trade in, but to do a new Hyundai with no trade in. We could not be happier with our choice - the car is one of the safest out there, with a great warranty - not to mention that the 'base' model has many standard features that other manufacturers charge as 'addons'. Above all, the service we received at Wayne Hyundai from Chris, was the reason we bought the car. We could buy the same car for the same price at a closer dealership to our house, but we were so pleased and impressed with Chris, that we wanted him to get our business. Excellent job, Chris, and Wayne Hyundai! More

Although at times the negotiating was challenging, John and his management were receptive, cordial, and willing to compromise for the benefit of both parties. The final overview of the car's features and use of those features were thoroughly outlined by John before driving off the lot. His approach of showing us how to use, setup, maintain, or gather additional information about the car was excellent. Really made you aware of how much your getting for your money by buying a Sonata. We would highly recommend this dealership and their service department to anyone looking to purchase from the Hyundai family of cars. More
I purchase several cars over the last few years, I must say, I wasn't not please with my experience the following were problems that arose from this transaction; 1. I told the saleperson I didn't want the etching on the windows of the car I didn't thing it was worth $299.00. When I picked up the car the etching was on the window and I was charged the salesperson simply said, "oh I forgot". 2. I told the saleperson that I wanted to keep my license plate from the jeep I traded-in when I picked up the new vehicle they had new plates needless to say I was over charged for this in the amout of $125.00 3. I was told by the salesperson that I would get Sirus radio compliementry for 1 years, he told me he didn't have time to set it up on the vhecile, he suggested that I call the company directly, which I did, only to find out that Sirus was not included, another lie. Since I had my 2010 Genesis serviced at Wayne Hyundai, I approached them in early September about trading up for a new 2012 Black Genesis. I contacted the dealership and spoke with the Sales Manager, Matt G approached them in early September about trading up for a new 2012 Black Genesis. I contacted the dealership and spoke with the Sales Manager, Matt Groetsch. He indicated a desire to provide me with a very competitive offer and suggested that I come into the dealership. When I arrived, he welcomed me and referred me to Dan Brogowski, Sales Consultant. Dan was professional and made me feel very comfortable. Dan consulted wtih Matt and together offered me a fair price on my trade in and a very competitive price on the new Genesis. I decided that I wanted a Black Genesis with Black interior. Since Wayne Hyundai did not have a Black on Black Genesis in stock, they promised to get one from another dealer and in two weeks, I had my new car!! I picked it up last week and am very excited about it. What made my experience so good at Wayne Hyundai was that both Matt and Dan were responsive, professional, courteous (not pushy)and I left with a feeling that I got a very good deal. That is so important when buying a new car. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and Dan Brogowski. These guys are good people!! More
I wanted an Accent GS in a particular color and I knew I would have to wait. I left a deposit and waited. The dealer was great and was clear it could take a while. The dealer located an SE in the same color got it on the lot and when I called asked if I would be interested. I said at the right price yes- and I got a great price. I have a very tight schedule and could only pick it up at a certain time- that day the car was ready at a time I wanted. Better yet, it was the easist pick up of a new car I have ever done. Although they did the normal push for extra services, they were very respectful and fair through the entire process. I would highly recommend them. More
