I visited this dealership simply to test drive a car I had been considering purchasing, and ended up really liking the dealership and my salesperson, John Sima. I ended up purchasing my new Sonata here and had them install a sun roof. The installation was done quickly (2 days) and was very professionally done (i.e. it works and doesn't leak). Also, as a female purchaser who handled this on my own, I was treated very fairly by John and the finance guys. For buying my first brand new car in almost 20 years, this was a very pleasant and fun, experience! More

I previously purchased a 2009 Santa Fe from Wayne Hyundai and it was great. Unfortunately, my car ended up floating in the parking lot due to Hurricane Sandy. So a great friend of mine told me to check out Hyundai dealership in Wayne and ask for Thomas DeRoberto. So, I called and set-up an appointment. I am not a big fan of car salespeople because I feel they are not honest and are trying to hose you. After meeting with Tom, I let my guard down because he was extremely knowledgeable with the Hyundai cars, the offers and the reputation of the Hyundai quality. He went over the differences in the trim, the prices for leasing and what was included. He was not pushy and was eager to work with you to get the best vehicle possible that you could be comfortable with driving and financing. He made the entire process relaxing and easy. Accompanied my mother on her purchase of a new 2013 Hyundai Sonata. She prefers to go to the dealer for some information and take a day to put it all together before making a decision. He helped my mother pick out the car she wanted, explained options and packages, how various features worked, and available financing plans. While salesmen elsewhere would focus on the male customer, John was sure to help my mother to her satisfaction. There was very little pressure to "buy today," and understood it is just the pace she works at. We came back the next day and purchased the car - John even stayed an hour after closing to finalize everything. On the day the car was ready, John sent a driver to bring my mother to the dealer.
