After my car accident, I was in desperate need of a car but had a strict budget. I read reviews about Wayne Automall Hyundai and decided to give it a try after many unsuccessful trips at other dealerships. but had a strict budget. When I walked onto the lot, I was greeted by Angelo, who was extremely nice, NOT pushy, listened to my needs, and set me up with Chris Quillio. Chris was super knowledgeable about the entire line of Hyundai models, NOT pushy, attentive, and the nicest car salesman I've ever met. He guided me towards my ultimate decision to purchase a used vehicle at a great price that could not be found anywhere else. I felt comfortable and taken care of, which is something I have never experienced at a dealership, especially as a woman. I was so happy with my experience I brought my fiance in the next day and he leased a car from them as well. Chris even helped us through a sticky insurance issue, with no problem at all. My mom was so impressed she will be buying a car from Chris in April, and I know they have customers for life from me and my fiance. Thank you Chris and Angelo! More
Had to wait a little bit to get serviced- but it was well worth the wait. Came in to test drive the new Elantra, Chris helped us out and he was very knowledgeable about all the features and answered all the worth the wait. He wasn't pushy or obnoxious and I felt like he was straightforward and honest.He was also very patient with me and my husband, even when I asked for a moment to discuss it alone. When we knew we wanted the car we went through all the motions pretty painlessly- the color that we wanted wasn't there that day but he was able to quickly locate the car at their nearby lot and had it brought to the dealership the next morning. Originally I was going for a lease, but we crunched the numbers and the next day decided to switch to a purchase. It wasn't a problem at all. We also came in with an offer from Chase Bank which, to my surprise, the dealership beat by 2%. Came out knowing I Got a great deal on a great car that will hopefully last be a very long time! I would not recommend buying a car from here, especially used. I found a car online and called to make sure that it was still there and that there may be some negotiating room on the price since the car I l used. I then went in to look at a car and it seemed ok at first, although they had the model mislabeled (it was actually 1 model below what they had it listed as). Then we started talking about the price, and the salesman immediately raised the price from what was posted on the online advertisement. He said that the car had almost $2,000 in repairs and that would be added on to the price. When he came back with a final number, it was over $3,000 more than the price listed online. Needless to say I walked out of the dealership and will never consider buying a car here again. More
