Offered competitive solution and backed it up with excellent support. I would consider buying another car with this dealer. Service location on other side of highway is not optimum for me but hopefu excellent support. I would consider buying another car with this dealer. Service location on other side of highway is not optimum for me but hopefully my need for service will be minimal. It is cold outside. Car runs well. More
Our overall experience leasing a new Hyundia Sonata was pretty good. However, upon reviewing the terms of the contract later, when we weren't rushed, we noticed several questionable expenses. My husband ca pretty good. However, upon reviewing the terms of the contract later, when we weren't rushed, we noticed several questionable expenses. My husband called the dealerhip several times, John Trusia, to explain a $1500 fee as he was not clear what constituted that fee. He didnt receive a return call after two months. Additionally, there was a "bogus" $400 return lease disposition fee added in. We questioned that and after bantering back and forth, the dealership said they would issue us a check for $300.00. We signed their form, "check request" and it was signed by an employee of the dealership and was told they would mail the check to our house. As of this date, and to our knowledge, no such check was issued. We have faxed a letter to the Manager of Wayne Hyundai asking about the refund; what their records show and asking them to check on this refund and provide us a copy of the cancelled check if, in fact, it was issued. To date we have received NO return phone call again. I plan to report them to the BBB if we do not hear anything by the end of January. More
John seemed like a fairly good guy, and the price of the new car that they were offering was pretty good, but they completely lowballed me on the value of my trade-in. They offered me over $5000 less than t new car that they were offering was pretty good, but they completely lowballed me on the value of my trade-in. They offered me over $5000 less than the Kelley Blue Book value, and tried to tell me that if the car I was trading in had only 10,000 miles on it, they can give $10,500 for it, but if the car I was trading in had 100,000 miles on it, they can give $9,500. Are you kidding me? 90,000 miles is only a $1000 difference in your "book"? The Kelley Blue Book difference between the car with 10,000 miles and the car with 100,000 miles is over $5000. More
I requested an eprice on 2 2013 Elantras. The price was 16,100 and 16,200. I spoke with Arielle via the online messenger to confirm that he pricing was correct and the two cars were still in stock and at t 16,100 and 16,200. I spoke with Arielle via the online messenger to confirm that he pricing was correct and the two cars were still in stock and at the lot. Arielle confirmed these details so I scheduled an appointment. Once at the dealership I was assigned to Jim. Jim is unprofessional to say the least. I was with my dad and Jim failed to introduce himself to either of us. We sat down and Jim asked what I was interested in. I showed him the two eprice quotes that Arielle sent me earlier in the day. Despite the fact that the make, model, color scheme and package preference was all on the quote Jim asked what I wanted. Once I told him, Jim walked over to the main sales desk where he spent some time talking to the lead salesman. When he returned he very briefly discussed the added fees, took my license and contact information and asked if I wanted the monthly pricing and then asked if we would like to see the car. Once outside I'm wandered around as if he didn't know where the car was. He then brought us to a car, but with the wrong color scheme. I told Jim that the price quote was for a car with grey interior. Jim rudely informed me that he was unsure that he had that car and told me that he may not have the other car that I received an eprice for. My dad then agreed that what they had to offer was not what we were looking for and would be leaving. Once Jim heard this he became very defensive. He took none of the blame for blindly leading us out to the lot and insisted that the lack of communication is normal and refused to hand me back the eprice quite that I had given him and cursed at my dad what he requested that my personal information be discarded of once inside. At the end of our disappointing evening at the dealership we had to call the Wayne police department to ensure that my personal information was discarded of. This happened after my dad was again cursed at by the other salesmen inside. Needless to say I will NEVER recommend this dealer or their sister Mazda dealer to anyone. More
