Things were going smoothly until that point. We settled on a CPO Sonata 2.0T SE great car and were asked to come back later in the day to allow for detailing and financing to be completed, why in this day fo sign and drive sales I still dont know why they asked us to return later. We came back later in the day as planned, John took us through the car's features at which time we notice a few itmes that were different than advertised so we had to renegotiate the sale. Additionally the financing paperwork was not done and they wanted us to come back the next day because the manager wanted to leave for the night. Another 2 hours of negotiations and paperwork we finally finshed what should have been a 1 hour transaction, not 6 overall as it was. Lastly they only 1 key, we have to take in for service to get the second key. That should have been handled by the dealer prior to the sale. I've since learned they hired a second fiance manager to speed up the process. The GM also called personally to apologize and offer additional service coupons for the mishap. Pricing was not bad, the car looks new and they have good inventory. They did move on the price when we brought the discrepancy in question. When we brought the vehicle in for the second key, their service dept was very clean and prompt. They reviewed the car's history and did a recall check at which time they informed us of a recent recall and performed the service that day. More

Have major problem with BlueLink. Bought a car from them in early June. Dealership made a mistake by assigning OUR VIN number to another vehicle that had been sold the same day. Repeated calls to the salesman did not resolve the issue. He did not even return our calls until we kept calling over and over again. Had to go to upper management. Phone calls were not returned until we really raised heck. They were more concerned about taking OUR BlueLink away from the other consumer!! Finally got that taken care of, but STILL DO NOT HAVE OUR BLUELINK and it has been TWO MONTHS!! In this age of satellite communications such as SiriusXM, why has this problem not been resolved yet despite dozens of calls and emails. They keep saying they are "working on it" and that our problem is in a "line-up" of problems that BlueLink needs to solve. What if we are in an accident? There is no connection to BlueLink and no one at the dealership or at BlueLink has been able to resolve this. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY AT THIS DEALERSHIP!! More

I visited this dealer twice, both times I dealt with the sales rep Angel. On the first visit, I test drove the car and he wrote up the price. On the second visit, I gave him a counter offer which was readi sales rep Angel. On the first visit, I test drove the car and he wrote up the price. On the second visit, I gave him a counter offer which was readily accepted. In my offer,I had the $300 cost for VIN etching taken off the table. Additionally, Hyundai was offering a $1500 rebate for the Sonata, which made it a very attractive offer. Within 3.5 hours I was driving off with my new Sonata. Angel was professional, had a great personality, knew his product and was great to work with. I would deal with him again and with this dealership. The only downside was the long wait I had with the finance guy. The wait was close to 1 hour just to sit down for 15 minutes to sign the paperwork. But I've read that's pretty common at all dealerships. Overall, it was a good experience. More

My husband and I were looking for a car mostly to drive with the kids and Humberto was the rightest person to deal with. Wayne Hyndai was the fifth dealership we visited and we never received better servi with the kids and Humberto was the rightest person to deal with. Wayne Hyndai was the fifth dealership we visited and we never received better service in the previous ones. Humberto was so patient with my teenagers kids and showed them the car that they fell in love with immediately. From the first moment he showed knowledge and passion about his job, we always asked for him returning to the dealership. My kids still quote him while driving what to do or don't in the car.
