I previously purchased a 06 elantra from Liberty Hyundai in Mahwah and LOVED my vehicle for 5 years before trading it in for a Honda Civic in 2011. It was a terrible experience, but I was fortunate to have a family car to use while I took my time deciding what car would be my next true love on four wheels. I ended up at Wayne Hyundai because they had an excellent selection of Hatchbacks in stock. I walked in planning to browse, and ended up committing to a new Elantra GT that same day...which can be credited 100% to my Salesperson, Kene Reeves. He made me feel at ease with the whole experience. He was relaxed, informative, and very understanding of my situation. I didn't expect to get another Elantra but was impressed on the test drive. I decided that I really liked the Volcano Red color and couldn't settle for anything else. And although it wasn't in their inventory, Wayne Hyundai didn't give up on me. It took them about a week to find my dream car, which I now drive with a smile on my face every single day. I couldn't be more happy that I switched back to Hyundai...and feel confident that the longer drive to Wayne was worth my time. I got close to the price I wanted, which was nice, and I wasn't pushed into buying anything I didn't want. But the sales people did not seem to be communicating and were very disorganized.
