People were coming into the dealership and asking for him specifically, which made me comfortable that I was working with the right person. The dealership was truly more interested in making me happy than trying to sell a car. No pressure, no gimmicks, no nonsense. While I was at the dealership, I saw a number of families leave with brand new cars and smiles on their faces. I have been to about 4 or 5 other dealerships in the area over the past 3 weeks and it is not hard to see why Wayne Hyundai has an A+ BBB rating. I came in wondering if I could deal for an Elantra and left with a better, brand-new Sonata for the price I was looking to spend on the Elantra! Craig, the sales manager, was terrific and Justin, the Finance Manager, was very informative and helped me make the right decision on protecting my new Sonata from excess wear and tear charges. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and am spreading the word to my friends and family that this is the place to come buy their new car! Just a really great experience all around! More

First Time Buyer! The day I went to Wayne Hyundai I was just looking into getting a new car, pricing, and wanting to see what would in my means. I'm a 24 year old Teacher"s Assistant and didn't want to be in over my head. When I told Ms.Paulette what I could afford, she worked with me to the greatest extent. I tested drove the car, she took all of my info, I approved, my payments are wonderful with a great extended warranty, and I drove my new 2014 Hyundai sonata home that very night. I love the customer service I went into Hyundai yesterday to browse for a new car I was kind of scared due to the bad experience I had at Toyota the day before, but when I got to I went into Hyundai yesterday to browse for a new car I was kind of scared due to the bad experience I had at Toyota the day before, but when I got to Hyundai I wasn't hassled or harassed at the door I was greeted so nicely by a salesman named Rafael its like he knew me and wasn't after my money. He showed me different types of cars until I was comfortable with the one I wanted to purchase, even tho I was not ready to purchase the car right at the moment Rafael understood that and didn't treat me any different. When I am ready to purchase this is the place for me, I will be sending everyone to Hyundai, the customer service here is amazing! More

Love my Sonata LTD and was extremely pleased I made the hike to Wayne to deal with Peter again. Knowing that it was a distance Peter was waiting for us when we arrived ready to show us exactly what we had requested thru emails and phone conversations.
