First impressions mean a lot and my husband and I felt very good about our first impression of Rafael. He listened to what I was looking for in a car, brought us out to the lot and explained that he wanted to make sure the color and style were exactly what I wanted. He did not push a different car on me. He was friendly and joked around with us. He found the exact car I was looking for. It was the most positive and least stressful car buying experience for me. I would recommend Rafael to anyone I meet who is looking for a car. We plan on visiting him soon for our daughter who is looking for a new car. More

no pressure sales I have been in the dealership twice for test drives. When I told Eddie Santiago that I only wanted to test drive, he was accommodating, knowledgeable I have been in the dealership twice for test drives. There wasn't any pressure from him or the manager as I have experienced in other dealerships. I am confident, when I am ready to walk in and buy a car, it will be a wonderful experience. More

Highly recommended! I walked in to the dealership to test drive a Santa Fe Sport, and drove a brand new one home a few hours later. Everyone at the dealership was friend I walked in to the dealership to test drive a Santa Fe Sport, and drove a brand new one home a few hours later. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, and my sales rep., Manny, was very professional and answered all of my questions without hesitation. When I was ready to drive my new SUV home, they took the time to show me how everything worked. I love my new Santa Fe Sport! I highly recommend this dealership. More

This is How Auto Buying/Selling Should Be Done! Had a great experience at Wayne Hyundai! Eddie was a great sales person: friendly, informative, and patient. People were coming into the dealership Had a great experience at Wayne Hyundai! Eddie was a great sales person: friendly, informative, and patient. People were coming into the dealership and asking for him specifically, which made me comfortable that I was working with the right person. The dealership was truly more interested in making me happy than trying to sell a car. No pressure, no gimmicks, no nonsense. While I was at the dealership, I saw a number of families leave with brand new cars and smiles on their faces. I have been to about 4 or 5 other dealerships in the area over the past 3 weeks and it is not hard to see why Wayne Hyundai has an A+ BBB rating. I came in wondering if I could deal for an Elantra and left with a better, brand-new Sonata for the price I was looking to spend on the Elantra! Craig, the sales manager, was terrific and Justin, the Finance Manager, was very informative and helped me make the right decision on protecting my new Sonata from excess wear and tear charges. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and am spreading the word to my friends and family that this is the place to come buy their new car! Just a really great experience all around! More

I'm a 24 year old Teacher"s Assistant and didn't want to be in over my head. When I told Ms.Paulette what I could afford, she worked with me to the greatest extent. I tested drove the car, she took all of my info, I approved, my payments are wonderful with a great extended warranty, and I drove my new 2014 Hyundai sonata home that very night. They are GRRRRREEEEATTT at this dealership & would definitely recommend Wayne Hyundai to anyone interested in financing or leasing a car. Thanks Ms.Paulette & Wayne Hyundai! More
