Please to anyone thinking about shopping at this car dealership BEWARE!! Really wish I could give them a half star or less. I Called about a 2021 hyundai and at the time I didn't know I was talking to a "call center".. I offer a price over the phone because I'm 4-5 hours away and was willing to drive to pick up the car. I was told my price was good, so I made an appointment for the next day. The next day I called to confirm my appointment and the price, but this time I reached out to the dealership direct number not the 1-800 number, I was told a manager need to approve my offer, and they will call me back. But I received a call from take a guess!! you guessed it, "The Call Center" telling me everything was good and I was good to come in. Hours later something told me to call before going up there this time I was able to get a hold of a sale Rep (Daniel) and he told me he could have me come in but since my drive is 4-5 hours not going to waste my time. I respect him for being honest with me but you can tell he's an A hole and think he's just the man, but he did do me like the rest of the dealership and trying to BATE me into coming in. At this point I was super upset so I called the call center again and talk to the same girl that's been telling me everything was good with my price and she even got it approved by her manager. She asked can she call me back she wanted to talk to her manager again. She called back less than 5 minutes later talking about the car was "sold" all this happen in less than 10 minutes. I can confirm the car was not sold it's still on the website and if you call they will try to set you up an appointment. Bottom line is stay away from a dealership that needs to BATE you into coming in just to get a sale. Places like this have no integrity. They will have you talking to a call center and the call center people will lie to you and telling you anything just to get you in the door. No integrity, liars, shady business = bad business... Stay away! More

DON'T BOTHER! GO TO ANOTHER DEALER. Recently inquired about purchasing a new Genesis online. Received call from inside sales to come visit as they are running a GO TO ANOTHER DEALER. Recently inquired about purchasing a new Genesis online. Received call from inside sales to come visit as they are running a special $2000 off MSRP sticker price. So, I drove 30 minutes to the dealership . Was greeted by a low energy , not very personable "salesmen"?? . I mentioned the $2000 special, and he immediately was negative and questioned it! "It may have expired he says. " I informed him I just spoke to your inside sales person today. He was not happy. He gets up to make the infamous walk to ask the manager.. Managers' name was Jay. Comes back with an offer. And here we go...the manager takes off the $2000 and then adds back over $2000 in fees (outside of standard fees and taxes)! $668 for security and glass Etching( not on sticker), like $700 for Docs, and another aprox $700 for other fees. I told them I was not happy, and they did not budge one dollar! "Sorry sir, thats what we charge." No negotiations. I was ready to purchase an over $50,000 car right there then, but the ole bait and switch occurred. I am not happy with Hyundai and Genesis. I've never seen this kind of bush dealings for a supposed luxury brand. More
Do not buy from this dealer! . Service for your car takes place at the Wayne Mazda and they are horrible. They have had my our car for 3 days and have not even looked at it! No lo . We have been without a car for 3 days and they can not tell us how long they will have it! No suggestions on how to help - no rental car help. Crazy. Never buy from them - find a dealer that has great customer service. You need that since if its under warranty you are stuck with using a Hyundai repair shop. More
