Friendly and very courteous, DJ has a very natural talent to turn a complex and potentially confusing process into a pleasant, fun and easy to follow, but still very detailed event. I was asked to make decisions at the appropriate time in the sequence of events and DJ made sure that all options were understood and questions were answered to my satisfaction. DJ’s knowledge, his natural sales talent and his great personality made me feel at ease and raised the bar for what great customer service is. Meeting the other decision-makers at Wayne Hyundai was very pleasant, very customer-focused, and the detailed layout of the contractual details and financing by Ana Gomez was exceptionally well done and she turned this into a very structured and clearly laid out event. Super easy to work with, she made sure that everything was fully understood. The pre-installed options in the vehicle are very reasonable in cost and useful to me, Pricing and vehicle selection was very transparent, from starting the research online on their website to signing the contract. The detailed presentation and pricing of the vehicles online was a big influence for me to choose Wayne Hyundai over all the other dealerships in my vicinity and my initial contact with Ashley Matias only confirmed that I made the right choice. She was very helpful in answering my initial questions and helped me with the vehicle selection as well as making an appointment that worked well with my busy and irregular work schedule. Simple things, like agreeing to communicate via email instead of constant pressuring to talk on the phone I experienced from other dealerships made a huge difference for someone like me who works out of the country and in very different time zones a lot.
