Angel Figueroa is the worst sales person ever. On Saturday March 16, 2024 he committed a "out the door price" in writing (printout and his handwriting) to me for a 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 5. On Tues Ma On Saturday March 16, 2024 he committed a "out the door price" in writing (printout and his handwriting) to me for a 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 5. On Tues March 19, 2024 I went with my check book to buy the car at the agreed price and he would not honor that price. He said it is almost $ 2,000 more because the price he gave me was for that 1 day only (March 16). This is ridiculous. Why does Hyundai hire such salespeople. It is bad for the reputation of Hyundai and Ioniq 5. I will buy a Tesla Model Y or Kia EV6 after this experience. More
