I'd give a zero star if possible. Their Salses manager Harold Vargas was extremely rude and condescending. The sales person who worked directly with me was more helpful, but that ar Their Salses manager Harold Vargas was extremely rude and condescending. The sales person who worked directly with me was more helpful, but that arrogant Harold Vargas was very unprofessional and just showed nothing but prejudice and disrespect. They also charged the $400 window etching fee that they didn't even etch the windows. Their practice is very shady. They claimed that they will honor the Truecar deal but backed out at the contract singing claiming Truecar made mistakes. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. That Harold Vargas made the whole deal even worse. Take your business elsewhere before you get too committed to it. Good Luck and God bless. More
