I bought a 2020 F150 from Wayne Ford last August. From day one the air-conditioning didn’t work and they had to take my truck back for a week and remove the entire interior to replace a faulty part. Now a day one the air-conditioning didn’t work and they had to take my truck back for a week and remove the entire interior to replace a faulty part. Now a year later the transmission is slipping and when I was driving 40 miles an hour down shifted and locked up the tires at 40 miles an hour. I I relayed this info to he service advisor and she gave me some paperwork to sign. I didn’t realize that she didn’t write all of what I said until I picked it up so I asked then to correct it. As I start explaining the issue to her she turns her head and starts walking away completely dismissive. She tells me she will get Paul, in the meantime another woman comes out and says we replaced your torque converter. I said I’m not asking about that I’m talking about my customer statement being inaccurate and she keeps on rambling on. Finally to shut her up I said if you aren’t going to listeb to the customer than xxxx you. Well that got their attention and it escalated w Paul calling me a tough guy. I think if they actually listened to people and provided customer service rather than acting like robots they would have earned respect. I nor my company or business will never purchase another Ford product again. More

My experience of needing a new mirror for my car I leased from them less than 1 year ago: 1. Called 3 times over 3 days and finally spoke with a live person in service 2. They had to transfer me to parts so I can find out if they can order the mirror and get a price/eta 3. Parts was less than friendly and I could clearly see I was a burden 4. Had to provide my vin for the car even though I’m in their system for the car purchase and service done there 5. Had to get transferred back to service to tell them that the part was ordered and schedule an appt 6. Final straw was was Ron the advisor asked me if they ordered it painted? I said that’s what I told the parts person? He proceeded to tell me he’s had issues with mirror colors in the past and I should stop in before the appt to check the color? When I asked why and that the color code is on the vin record, he stated that I would have to come in to ensure it matches or if it was primed they have to paint it? I was totally confused. This is why parts department and service department should work together! 7. I advised him that this process of being transferred back and forth and spending 30 minutes with multiple people was crazy and that I would not consider buying a car from them again, and his response was to say ‘ok have a nice day and hung up on me’ Needless to say I cancelled my oil change appt and will get my mirror and future services from a dealership who appreciates their customers. SMH - customer service is a very important thing - perhaps Wayne Ford can polish theirs up! Thanks for the great experience!! More

I was connected to Jaime Concepcion, and I can truthfully say that I have never experienced customer service like the kind he delivers! He truly went above and beyond to guide me through the warranty coverage, make me feel at ease, and ensure that the selling dealer didn't rip me off. He's a sterling example of an employee who genuinely cares about the customers he works with, and I am so excited to continue working with him in the future! More
