I bought a 2020 F150 from Wayne Ford last August. From day one the air-conditioning didn’t work and they had to take my truck back for a week and remove the entire interior to replace a faulty part. Now a year later the transmission is slipping and when I was driving 40 miles an hour down shifted and locked up the tires at 40 miles an hour. I I relayed this info to he service advisor and she gave me some paperwork to sign. I didn’t realize that she didn’t write all of what I said until I picked it up so I asked then to correct it. As I start explaining the issue to her she turns her head and starts walking away completely dismissive. She tells me she will get Paul, in the meantime another woman comes out and says we replaced your torque converter. I said I’m not asking about that I’m talking about my customer statement being inaccurate and she keeps on rambling on. Finally to shut her up I said if you aren’t going to listeb to the customer than xxxx you. Well that got their attention and it escalated w Paul calling me a tough guy. I think if they actually listened to people and provided customer service rather than acting like robots they would have earned respect. I nor my company or business will never purchase another Ford product again. More

They had to transfer me to parts so I can find out if they can order the mirror and get a price/eta 3. Parts was less than friendly and I could clearly see I was a burden 4. Had to provide my vin for the car even though I’m in their system for the car purchase and service done there 5. Had to get transferred back to service to tell them that the part was ordered and schedule an appt 6. Final straw was was Ron the advisor asked me if they ordered it painted? I said that’s what I told the parts person? He proceeded to tell me he’s had issues with mirror colors in the past and I should stop in before the appt to check the color? When I asked why and that the color code is on the vin record, he stated that I would have to come in to ensure it matches or if it was primed they have to paint it? I was totally confused. This is why parts department and service department should work together! 7. I advised him that this process of being transferred back and forth and spending 30 minutes with multiple people was crazy and that I would not consider buying a car from them again, and his response was to say ‘ok have a nice day and hung up on me’ Needless to say I cancelled my oil change appt and will get my mirror and future services from a dealership who appreciates their customers. SMH - customer service is a very important thing - perhaps Wayne Ford can polish theirs up! Thanks for the great experience!! More

I was connected to Jaime Concepcion, and I can truthfully say that I have never experienced customer service like the kind he delivers! He truly went above and beyond to guide me through the warranty coverage, make me feel at ease, and ensure that the selling dealer didn't rip me off. He's a sterling example of an employee who genuinely cares about the customers he works with, and I am so excited to continue working with him in the future! More
I needed a simple oil change, I called 4 separate times. Each time transferred to auto service, no one answers. Finally the service advisor guy comes from that hallway, I said I needed an oil change he said no appointment can’t today. Being interrupted by at least 5 phone calls, I made a joke saying everyone on lunch? He said I’m the only one that works on Saturday, Why? That’s just the way it is. So on Tuesday I called the dealership asked for the general manager or the owner, I got transferred to a woman Joan or Jean she then sent me to a manager of service. But, I asked for the general manager or owner and got this guy. So listen up, I got my oil changed at Firestone, they were fast, hassle free and had staffIng. Having only one service guy on a Saturday is ridiculous way to operate. Then having no accommodations for occasional walk in or drive by appointment is simply poor management. Then calling to make my concerns known I get this woman who intercepted my call to obviously cover for the mismanagement of that service center. Dear owners and general manager having the clowns run the circus is no way survive. Like others I have found a new place to service my car, I’ll also buy elsewhere cause this place is terrible More
Terrible service . I have brought in my vehicle several times for repair. (Lag and throttle response) and they've said that there is nothing found. Finally brought my . Finally brought my car back due to their now being a noise from the engine bay. It has been at their service center for 3 weeks and it has yet to be repaired. They do not call you to update you on the vehicle status. I have called twice a week for the last three weeks only to hear that the part hasnt arrived or that it wont be done till the following week. Called them again this morning and they are now telling me that i have to call back on tuesday. It is ridiculous that it is taking this long, and what bothers me the most is that they do not call you at all unless you call to inquire. I would not recommend this service center at all. More

Thankfully, I have only had to "service" for an OIL CHANGE (works package), unthankfully, EVERY TIME I get stuck WAITING for my car until past closing hours, although, each and every time my appointment was scheduled for 7:30 AM!!!!! I have told them I am waiting for the vehicle and still it takes 10 hrs from appointment schedule time to completion. Completely absurd!! I can honestly say I will take it elsewhere from now on and I will still be as comfortable with service and more than happy will convenience of holding appointment times. More
