The work was good but cost was explained to be $1000 when asked but when I picked up the car the cost was $2000!!! Very horrible way to do business, looked like parts were $1000 and labor was the extra $100 asked but when I picked up the car the cost was $2000!!! Not everyone has an extra $1000 they can just come up with when picking up thier car...apparently this is not the first time this has happened when I asked!!! More

I took my car for a toe link recall but then I noticed a weird loud sound every time I would drive over a pothole which my car never had before so then I try scheduling an appointment to bring my car back a weird loud sound every time I would drive over a pothole which my car never had before so then I try scheduling an appointment to bring my car back and I was given a hard time about when I could bring it and that they had no loaners available so then I had my dad look at it and they had left a socket extension tool on the back left side of the car right by the tire ( I took pictures) which was causing a really bad sound. I also got a quote on the right windshield pillar mounding but the guy couldn’t give me an exact time when the part was supposed to be in which makes no sense to me. More
