I had computer replaced for interior screen. Returned when it wasn't functioning properly. I was told I had to buy another part. They are not good communicators. One dept. doesn’t know what another dept is doing. They don’t keep customers updated in a timely manner. I was not told my car repair could take more than one day and could not make arrangements when it ended up being 2 days. My scheduled appt was for 8:30 AM. Why it took more than 8 hrs to fix is anybody’s guess. Not satisfied! More
