The wait for the parts to come in and the vehicle to be fixed was frustrating (over 2 weeks). Plus the wait for a loaner (one week) and the loaner reeking like smoke, masked with odorizer, was also frustra fixed was frustrating (over 2 weeks). Oh, and the loaner vehicle had a left turn clicking noise from the front left axle too… Nevertheless, the service rep, Matt, and manager, Paul, were very polite and professional.
