I was promised the car in four hours, but it took seven hours. I asked about the car a couple of times, and was told it was almost finished. Yet hour by hour went by. When I saw the car pull up to the gara hours. I asked about the car a couple of times, and was told it was almost finished. Yet hour by hour went by. When I saw the car pull up to the garage, I patiently waited to be called and it took another 20 minutes. When I walked out the service people were laughing and joking with my paperwork in their hands. When they saw me they said oh we’re doing your paperwork now. Unacceptable when they knew I was waiting and was over the time that I was promised. More

Everything was good except, I told the girl that my tire pressure was low and I may need new stems because my caps were too tight. She told me there not expense and would have them do it. They never did it and said my tire pressure was 38 all around (on the report) however, my pressure was still the same (29 psi) I honestly hope I don’t have a problem now! More
