Very disappointed with the service. My Ford Explorer XLT 2022 was showing a check engine light and a pre-collision sensor error. At the time, the car had only 32,000 miles and was just 2.5 years old, so it should have been eligible for warranty coverage. However, the dealership claimed that the car had been in an accident and therefore denied the warranty, even though there is no evidence of any accident and I have never been in one with this vehicle. Despite speaking with multiple managers, they still refused to cover the repairs under warranty. I ended up selling the car within a few days and will never recommend Ford to friends or family. The customer service was terrible, and they made unfounded assumptions just to avoid honoring the warranty. More
