Disappointed, I bought my Freestyle at Wayne Ford and would have it serviced there. The Freestyle was brought in with the charging system light on. It was driven on to a flatbed and driven into a spot would have it serviced there. The Freestyle was brought in with the charging system light on. It was driven on to a flatbed and driven into a spot at Ford. I explained that the alternator and battery was replaced in the last year, not by Wayne Ford. Wayne Ford replaced the alternator and battery and I was told to pick up the car. The brake, ABS, air bag, and traction control lights were on, this is not how any mechanic should let any car be driven home with safety features warning lights on. When I complained I was told it would be an additional charge to diagnose the issue. To resolve the safety issue a note in upper case was added to the invoice. I haven’t driven the car since bring it home. I would brag about the endurance of my Ford not any more. More

Was especially impressed with Michelle Redmon and her client experience impact. I was kept up to date on my car's progress. Although I brought the car in for a couple of minor issues, the service depar client experience impact. I was kept up to date on my car's progress. Although I brought the car in for a couple of minor issues, the service department discovered I was in need of some very important brake attention and Michelle was able to provide the information I needed to address my car's safety. I got progress updates from Michelle and all was completed while I was able to work in the waiting area. We have been purchasing from Wayne Ford since 1998 and keep coming back even though we moved another 30 minutes south! More
My salesman Sean was great and very informative. Jamie was also great. Justin I never dealt with so I have no idea who he is. The only thing that I’m disappointed about is when I got the vehicle my rear blinker light wasn’t working and in the long run we had to replace the whole light assembly. That’s something that should’ve been checked out during the three point inspection. The other problem I have is my License plates never came in and I had to go back for a another temporary license plate because of a screwup. Otherwise I’m very happy with the vehicle and the two people I mentioned that I dealt with More
