I had computer replaced for interior screen. Returned when it wasn't functioning properly. I was told I had to buy another part. My thought is service dept. has a $$$ quota and I got a story. I will be doubtful moving forward with service advice at Wayne Ford. More
They are not good communicators. One dept. doesn’t know what another dept is doing. They don’t keep customers updated in a timely manner. Why it took more than 8 hrs to fix is anybody’s guess. Not satisfied! More
