Hi Mike, Our dealership participates in the DealerRater Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing excellent quality customer service, but based on your review, you did not share that experience. First and foremost, I would like to apologize that you were not happy with the service you received from us here at Wayne Ford. We never like to see unhappy customers and we truly are very loyal to them. I understand that the original negotiation included your running boards in the price, however we were unaware that you were X Plan. We offer this plan to our friends and neighbors and truly do give a special price, right around invoice price. There was just literally no "wiggle room" for those running boards once your price was significantly reduced by X Plan. The last thing we were trying to do was mislead you in any way. We have contacted you multiple times in regard to this review to earn back your satisfaction and business, so we do apologize that we could not reach a happy resolution.
