Hello there, After reading your review, I do apologize that you were unhappy with the first experience you had here at our dealership. The classic "Bait & Switch" approach is not in our vocabulary here at Wayne Ford. We do, however, apologize that the exact vehicle that you inquired about was not available when you came to our lot. Although this is a rare occurence, it does happen on occasion that a vehicle is sold or sent to auction between the time of the inquiry and the time of the customer's arrival. With over 500 vehicles on our lot, we do our best to ensure every vehicle inquired about is here. Although you were not completely satisfied the first time at our dealership, I am glad you were able to see the persistence and work ethic of our sales team to continue to reach you and try to satisfy your wants and needs. We really do try to make everyone happy and we hate to see anyone leave our dealership unsatisfied. Our transportation consultants make sure all of our customers leave with a full tank of gas, but we would be more than happy to give you a gas card so you can fill your next tank on us.
