The service department is extremely helpful, professional and caring. Never a bad experience and I will not take my Ford vehicles to any other dealership except Wayne Ford. Then had issues before this trip for a recall and new tires but the entire process took 2 hours more than was told and the person at the desk really didn’t work well with the customers. I waited for my v tires but the entire process took 2 hours more than was told and the person at the desk really didn’t work well with the customers. I had an appointment at 10. They got back to me at 3pm only to tell me they need another 6 hours to find "exactly" where the problem is. When I asked about my car at 1:30 the la They got back to me at 3pm only to tell me they need another 6 hours to find "exactly" where the problem is. When I asked about my car at 1:30 the lady gave me an attitude that I selected drop off as the reason that they didn't look at it at the scheduled time. I had to pay 190 for diagnosis that doesn't tell me exactly the issue. More
