Attempted over charge for an alternator change. An alternator costs $300 max with a belt. One hour of labor. Move the air Box, one strut and 3 bolts on a 2012 Mustang. I had the car towed out of your shop. Might have worked with an ignorant housewife but not me. I told you your service department I was in the car business but I guess they were not listening. I will not recommend your service department to anyone. More
