This was my last time here. I came in for an engine light issue. Ended up being a sensor that was not important and was going to be a $2k repair. Opted not do the repair and was I came in for an engine light issue. Ended up being a sensor that was not important and was going to be a $2k repair. Opted not do the repair and was charged $250 for the diagnosis. That’s fine. Asked them to look at the damaged grill on my truck and see if they could fix. The next day sent a message to their text line. Did not hear back. Sent an email. No response. Got a call a couple of days later that my truck was ready. No mention of the Grill when I picked it up. When I paid, there was a quote attached for $3,569.08 for the new Grille not including installation. I ordered a new Grill online for $250 bucks and installed in under an hour. I have 200,000 miles on this truck and am only interested in keeping it running. Really tired of every time I go in being ripped off. More
