I made an appointment online- listed my needs- when I called to confirm appt - service agent was unaware of the need for an oil change - he was also unaware that I had put ‘will wait’ for vehicle- agent called to confirm appt - service agent was unaware of the need for an oil change - he was also unaware that I had put ‘will wait’ for vehicle- agent told me - only after I called them - that it would take all day!?!?! I asked if my car would be done by 3:30p and he said he’d call me - at 2:30p and no call- I called the agent and got no answer - left a message- no call back🤬 I got a ride to pick up my truck - agent was at lunch at 3:30pm when I showed up - truck was ready - thank God- but a little better customer service and better communication would be nice? Any info that I got had to be pried out of him?! Recalls weren’t explained - overall - the service could have been better if they were more knowledgeable and communicative- constant recalls are getting tiresome as well - More
