I brought my work van in to get fixed and after paying for a new fuel pump I am still having the same problem with the vehicle, the problem being that it WILL NOT STAY ON. Horrible experience I paid to have my truck diagnosed, and they gave me a paperback that read exactly what I told him was wrong with it with no actual diagnosis of what the problem truly was. It took three days or more for them to tell me exactly what I told them. I took it to another dealer they reprogrammed a TCM like I told your service manager was needed it was done in one day and it fixed the problem. I would not recommend wayne acres ford to my worst enemy. . More
