Did not receive call back on my vehicle in a timely manner. Nobody ever wants to answer the phones at the service department. Customer service lady not pleasant or helpful. There was a serious lack of attention given to me as I was trying to check my vehicle in. After an hour and a half I realized my truck was parked back at the service entrance. No one came to tell me it wa was trying to check my vehicle in. After an hour and a half I realized my truck was parked back at the service entrance. No one came to tell me it was finished. I also asked that my rear shocks be looked at as the back of the truck has a lot of bounce. I’m pretty sure that that did not happen. Finally when I got in the truck to leave I noticed that my windshield washer fluid light was still on but on the receipt it said that all fluids were checked and are OK More
