This was literally one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a place of business. Kristian at first claimed to have helped me out by saving me a $150.00 but his service skills are deplorable. Tech was wonderful. However, I can't understand the bill. The service was at no charge, and yet, the bill was $167.00 for the oil change. Where did the other $30.00 come from? Danille explained the oil necessary for a Hybrid is pricier, but, it STILL didn't come close to adding up. I feel a lack of transparency and that we were over-charged. A follow-up is necessary here, please. Otherwise, our new truck will be serviced elsewhere. More
