My husband dropped off our 2019 Flex on 6/27. My husband was unavailable when it was ready on 6/30, so I went to pick it up. When I arrived, the cashier asked who my service tech was but I didn’t My husband was unavailable when it was ready on 6/30, so I went to pick it up. When I arrived, the cashier asked who my service tech was but I didn’t know and wasn’t able to contact my husband. She told me that it “would sure save her a lot of time if I could figure out who my tech was.” The cashier’s response was unprofessional and inappropriate. The dealership needs 1- a better system so that the cashiers can easily identify where a car is on their lot and 2- customer service training for their employees. They were unable to locate my car for nearly 20 minutes, which made me question the security, organization, and efficacy of the dealership. More
